The links came from Adobe customer care a long time back. These links download Software & Content for Premiere CS6 and Encore CS6. I had same issue and have a Licence but needed the downloads for CS6 : If you need to install Encore 6 again and have a retail Licence Key you can download the executable and the full Encore Library content.
